Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or equivalent field experience
- 5+ years in technical writing, preferably for software or complex products
- Proficiency in using authoring tools, CMS, and documentation tools (DITA experience)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and detail
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and technical writing best practices
- Adaptability to changing requirements, capable of autonomous work
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Day to day
- Produce clear, crisp, and engaging technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape documentation strategy and refine processes
- Create content that ensures a seamless user experience, adhering to standards and style guides
