Requirements

  • Experience as a Senior or Staff Engineer in a high-growth startup or scale-up
  • Proven ability to design and build complex systems platforms and developer tooling at scale
  • Deep experience with Python Node.js and AWS serverless architecture including Lambda API Gateway and DynamoDB
  • Skilled in developing responsive performant front-ends using React
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to solve developer and operational problems
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity changing priorities and incomplete information

Day to day

  • Architect and deliver end-to-end systems for internal developer tooling and platform services
  • Improve core platforms and developer experience tooling so teams can build test deploy and operate software more easily
  • Prototype and iterate on workflows automation and platform capabilities that boost engineering productivity and operational excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver high-impact platform and infrastructure solutions
  • Lead by example through code reviews mentorship and engineering best practices
