Day to day

  • Own the design system vision strategy roadmap and execution for a platform-wide foundation
  • Build reusable components patterns documentation and workflows that improve consistency quality and speed
  • Partner with design and engineering to create collaborative workflows and support end-to-end product feature design
  • Explore and integrate AI tooling into design practice to scale output efficiency and future adaptability
  • Advocate for adoption train teams and mentor designers while influencing systems thinking across the organization
