Requirements
- 8+ years building and operating production cloud infrastructure with deep AWS expertise in multi-account networking IAM and security boundaries
- Expert-level Terraform experience designing reusable modules and running Terraform Cloud at scale
- Strong CI/CD background with GitHub Actions reusable workflows OIDC and secret management
- Experience with platform engineering shipping internal tools and abstractions other engineers want to use
- Bias toward enabling teams over gatekeeping and building paved roads
Nice to have
- Cloudflare production scale
- Datadog integration experience
- FinOps tooling background
- Embedded platform model experience
Day to day
- Lead the technical evolution of the control plane across shared infrastructure and platform standards.
- Design and ship reusable platform primitives such as Terraform modules pipeline templates and account and networking patterns.
- Partner with embedded infrastructure engineers to remove friction create self-serve capabilities and reduce manual approvals across the SDLC.
