Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a fullstack or product engineer
- Track record of leading complex multi-month projects or teams as a tech lead or equivalent
- Experience shipping LLM-native features or applications
- Ability to build large features independently and make strong architectural decisions
- Self-sufficient end-to-end from idea to production without needing a designer PM or architect
- High quality bar with smart tradeoffs under time pressure
- Comfort engaging directly with internal customers and incorporating hard feedback
- Mission-driven interest in the intersection of AI and people practices
- Collaborative and supportive teammate with clear communication

Day to day
- Build full-stack products across the People Products portfolio for hiring onboarding teamwork and promotions
