Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring teams
- High social aptitude and relationship-building ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong pipelines
- Solid technical acumen to understand technical roles assess qualifications and hold credible conversations with engineers
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting including sourcing screening coordinating and closing candidates
- Ability to operate independently prioritize effectively and drive processes forward in an evolving environment
- Data-driven mindset focused on improving recruiting processes efficiency and candidate experience

Day to day
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering product and design roles in a fast-paced remote startup environment
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to build high-quality diverse talent pipelines and improve hiring outcomes
- Drive sourcing outreach process design candidate experience and closing strategies while using data creativity and strong relationship skills
- Continuously evaluate and rebuild recruiting workflows to better support the business and help shape how the company recruits
