  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting business operations strategy & operations strategic finance sales operations or a highly analytical role within a high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to lead complex workstreams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Deep industry expertise in Tech specifically SaaS or AI and strong understanding of market dynamics and KPIs
  • Advanced technical proficiency in SQL Excel Google Sheets and Tableau or similar analytical tools
  • Exceptional analytical prowess and a scrappy mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive consensus among diverse groups

Day to day

  • Drive operating rigor by aligning cross-functional priorities and clarifying milestones and KPIs tied to long-term financial goals.
  • Partner closely with leadership by delivering structured communication and data-driven insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Evaluate the competitive landscape identify growth opportunities and turn ambiguous challenges into tangible data-backed initiatives.
  • Prepare high-stakes board and investor materials that distill complex market dynamics into clear actionable executive decks.
