Requirements
- 3+ years of network support experience
- 3+ years of infrastructure support experience
- 3+ years of O365 support experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or technology preferred
- Experience with Linux and Windows servers
- Experience with database and data center support
- Experience with client/server application support
- Occasional onsite travel to local client sites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management skills

- Required MSP environment experience supporting multiple customers

Day to day
- Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software issues across internal and client environments.
- Runs and supports migration scripts while assisting with network deployment, Meraki portal migrations, and Windows system troubleshooting.
- Serves as a technical escalation point, maintains documentation and asset records, and communicates clearly with customers and internal teams.
