Requirements
- 3+ years of network support experience
- 3+ years of infrastructure support experience
- 3+ years of O365 support experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or technology preferred
- Experience supporting Linux and Windows Server environments
- Intermediate network troubleshooting and deployment experience with Meraki and Cisco
- Intermediate troubleshooting of Windows 11 and Windows Server platforms
- Intermediate knowledge of printer drivers including workstation server side and SAP drivers
- Intermediate managing DHCP reservations
- Advanced Active Directory management
- Experience with O365 tools such as Outlook SharePoint and Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a flexible customer-driven environment
- Experience in an MSP environment supporting multiple customers required

Day to day
- Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across internal and client environments
- Run and support netstation migration scripts and Meraki portal migrations using scripting tools
- Act as a technical escalation point for network, Windows, O365, printer and Active Directory issues
- Maintain documentation diagrams procedures and IT asset records while ensuring work follows company standards
