  • Will ensure the effective sourcing and screening of candidates, facilitating the infusion of top talent into our innovative workforce.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with Talent Acquisition Team to align recruitment strategies and actions with company goals.
  • Manage candidate progression meticulously through various stages in our ATS (Success Factors), ensuring timely updates and candidate engagement.
  • This position offers an average of 29 hours of work each week.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, demonstrating robust knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of nurturing relationships with both candidates and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in HR software, particularly Success Factors, is highly preferred.
  • Experience with ChatGPT and AI Tools is a plus.
