Who you are

• 1-2 years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Self-motivated and accountable with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)

What the job involves

• Prepare offer documents and employment agreements
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding
• Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Compile and analyze recruitment data such as time-to-fill source of hire and candidate demographics
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment workflows
