Who you are

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Preferably experienced in a SaaS company or startup environment.
  • Experience in high-volume sales recruiting is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

  • Experience in a SaaS company

What the job involves

  • Develop talent pipelines through various sourcing platforms and networking, ensuring a diverse talent pool.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires that align with business needs.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, managing their performance and continually improving the talent acquisition processes within the organization.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor recruiting metrics to optimize effectiveness.
  • Promote Hearth's culture and values to potential candidates, advocating for the company's mission.
  • Support People Operations (People Ops) team on various HR initiatives and projects.
