Who you are
5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
Preferably experienced in a SaaS company or startup environment.
Experience in high-volume sales recruiting is advantageous.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

What the job involves
Develop talent pipelines through various sourcing platforms and networking, ensuring a diverse talent pool.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires that align with business needs.
Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, managing their performance and continually improving the talent acquisition processes within the organization.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor recruiting metrics to optimize effectiveness.
Promote Hearth's culture and values to potential candidates, advocating for the company's mission.
Support People Operations (People Ops) team on various HR initiatives and projects.
