Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience across talent management L&D and people programs
- Proven ability to design and run performance cycles engagement surveys and talent reviews in fast-paced environments
- Experience building and facilitating learning programs across multiple employee segments
- Fluent in AI tools and passionate about driving adoption experience with AI-related programs a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management and follow-through
- Strategic thinker who translates complex business needs into practical scalable solutions
- Strong facilitator effective with audiences ranging from managers to executives
- Tech-savvy and resourceful leveraging tools to scale impact efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred advanced degree or coaching certification a plus

Day to day

- Own performance management engagement and pulse survey cycles translating insights into scalable people experiences and AI enablement
