Day to day

  • Shape and lead the Developer Experience function as an internal platform with a clear mission scope and operating model
  • Build an inclusive team culture with sustainable delivery practices and well defined ways of working
  • Improve developer workflows tooling and standards so engineering teams can ship faster and more reliably
  • Drive adoption of a unified Design System across engineering and design to support consistency and scalability
  • Translate company and engineering strategy into an outcome driven DevEx roadmap and measurable execution
  • Build strong partnerships with Product Design Security and other Platform teams to maximize organizational impact
