Day to day

  • Partner with hiring managers to design and run effective hiring processes from start to finish
  • Source and attract talented diverse candidates for tech roles using creative resourceful approaches
  • Deliver an inclusive candidate experience by supporting applicants carefully and keeping the process smooth and respectful
  • Use data to review hiring processes and identify opportunities to simplify improve and strengthen outcomes
