  • Experience writing, editing, producing, and overseeing technical documents, reports, and presentations
  • Experience with Agile development tools like Redmine, Jira or Digital.ai
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Task-based/schedule-driven mindset with the ability to meet schedule timelines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experienced in Agile and Scrum development methodologies and processes
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organization skills
  • US Citizenship required
  • Able to obtain and maintain public trust clearance

Day to day

  • Work with clients to understand their business requirements and translating them into technical solutions in an Agile development team
  • Assist with prioritization of business requirements
  • Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure solutions meet business requirements
  • Develop and review documentation ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards
  • Assist in preparing technical manuals, training materials, installation guides, and reports
