Minimum of 2 years of experience gathering business requirements for a software development team
Experience working with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong understanding of development best practices
Proficient English grammar skills
Ability to outline, write, and edit technical papers and documentation
Experience writing, editing, producing, and overseeing technical documents, reports, and presentations
Experience with Agile development tools like Redmine, Jira or Digital.ai
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Task-based/schedule-driven mindset with the ability to meet schedule timelines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experienced in Agile and Scrum development methodologies and processes
Excellent written/verbal communication and organization skills
US Citizenship required
Able to obtain and maintain public trust clearance

Work with clients to understand their business requirements and translating them into technical solutions in an Agile development team
Assist with prioritization of business requirements
Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Develop and review documentation ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards
Assist in preparing technical manuals, training materials, installation guides, and reports
Communicate across the team to complete projects and assignments effectively
