Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in technology technology-enabled services industry or a SaaS product
- Robust understanding of artificial intelligence machine learning and related technologies
- Product development experience in the context of the development of a healthcare technology product
- Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Experience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile software development methodologies
Day to day
- Spearhead the development and implementation of AI research and platform development by crafting the vision strategy roadmap and execution to advance AI for provider workflows at the point of care
- Work with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements perform thoughtful solution design use data to test hypotheses and support teams throughout execution
- Use data to better understand user needs and guide future product development using an iterative and experimental approach
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including teams in research product design engineering clinical and business stakeholders
- Write detailed product documentation for new initiatives and capabilities capturing detailed descriptions of business rationale requirements and success criteria that are defined by measurable outcomes
- Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk and assume ongoing iteration
