5+ years of product management experience in technology technology-enabled services industry or a SaaS product
Robust understanding of artificial intelligence machine learning and related technologies
Product development experience in the context of the development of a healthcare technology product
Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Experience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile software development methodologies
What the job involves
Spearhead the development and implementation of AI research and platform development by crafting the vision strategy roadmap and execution to advance AI for provider workflows at the point of care
Work with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements perform thoughtful solution design use data to test hypotheses and support teams throughout execution
Use data to better understand user needs and guide future product development using an iterative and experimental approach
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including teams in research product design engineering clinical and business stakeholders
Write detailed product documentation for new initiatives and capabilities capturing detailed descriptions of business rationale requirements and success criteria that are defined by measurable outcomes
Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk and assume ongoing iteration
