Day to day
- Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across product engineering ML/AI infrastructure research and related functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand problems calibrate signals and raise the hiring bar
- Design and execute search strategies including market mapping outreach interview design and closing
- Manage multiple complex searches at once while protecting candidate experience and hiring quality
- Advise candidates through a rigorous process with clarity empathy and conviction
- Represent ElevenLabs and continuously improve hiring through process tooling and data-driven insights
