Day to day

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across product engineering ML/AI infrastructure research and related functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand problems calibrate signals and raise the hiring bar
  • Design and execute search strategies including market mapping outreach interview design and closing
  • Manage multiple complex searches at once while protecting candidate experience and hiring quality
  • Advise candidates through a rigorous process with clarity empathy and conviction
  • Represent ElevenLabs and continuously improve hiring through process tooling and data-driven insights
