- Proven experience as a Technical Resourcer or similar Technical Talent Acquisition role
- Strong understanding of AI software development cloud technologies and delivery functions
- Experience recruiting public sector candidates or those with security clearance highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Candidates must hold or be eligible for BPSS and must not require sponsorship

Day to day
- Source and engage technical talent across AI software development cloud data security testing BA and PM disciplines.
- Screen candidates to assess technical ability cultural fit and security clearance suitability.
- Partner with hiring managers to build targeted recruitment strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines.
