What the job involves

• Provide technical writing support and standardization of documentation across the SOC.
• Focus on developing, consolidating, and standardizing Computer Security Incident Response Plan (CSIRP), SOC Incident Playbooks, and Incident Reports.
• Assist in defining and measuring SOC Service Level Agreements (SLA) and developing formal documentation such as MOU and MOA to support the SOC.
