- Experience with technical documentation for emerging products
- Content delivery across multiple products and versions with effective search capabilities

- Knowledge of documentation delivery practices and cloud-based web hosting platforms
- Fluency in structured authoring
- Eye for consistency, brevity, clarity, and readability
- Experience in Agile software development lifecycle
Day to day
- Collaborate cross-functionally to produce documentation for several products for different audiences including lab scientists, data managers, administrators, and developers
- Play a key role in developing an online documentation portal
- Translate complex information into clear, concise, and well-organized content
