Requirements
- 3+ years experience designing or supporting onboarding or training programs
- Experience in fast-paced operations BPO or healthcare SaaS environment
- Clear organized communication skills and ability to simplify process changes
- Familiarity with payer enrollment related applications and processes
- Experience identifying tooling permissions or readiness gaps before blockers arise
- Experience building maintaining and updating training materials and SOPs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with managers and training leadership
- Experience tracking performance and readiness data to improve programs
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools including GSheets GDocs and GMail
- Strong operational problem solving project management interpersonal and organizational skills

Day to day
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new hires and current staff
- Create training curricula, SOP documents, visual aids, and videos to support learning
- Track performance, assess readiness, and improve processes using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to resolve issues and keep training aligned with workflow changes
- Support BPO training, quality audits, and rollout of new workflows across teams
