Requirements

7–10 years in web design for e-Commerce including 4+ years leading mentoring and managing a design team
Portfolio showing shipped PDP PLP and checkout improvements tied to business metrics
Expert in Figma including components variables and Dev Mode with strong visual motion craft and responsive design sensibility
Proven experience implementing GenAI tools into a professional design pipeline with prompt engineering quality control and brand governance
Familiarity with AI-shaped UX patterns such as conversational search assistant UI and recommendation modules
Comfort collaborating on experiments with Growth including A/B testing and multi-armed bandits
Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and SEO fundamentals for structured content and schema on e-commerce sites
