What the job involves
Deliver engaging digital customer experiences by combining innovation, technology, customer insights and business needs
UI design of e-mails and websites, building prototypes and conducting user experience tests
Refine designs to meet customer expectations
Practice design thinking and iteratively craft our solutions based on customer research and testing
Collaborate with customers and help shape the ideal end-user experience
Engage in hands-on creative problem solving
Produce design deliverables like Information architecture, wireframing, storyboarding, visualization, prototyping, sketching, surveying, user research, personas, user testing
