Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience across private equity AI/ML product management strategy consulting investment banking or engineering
- Managed teams of 5+ people and held them accountable to ambitious timelines
- Managed executive and C-suite stakeholder relationships ideally in a PE or PE-adjacent context
- Real AI/ML fluency with understanding of model architectures data pipelines and build-vs-buy trade-offs
- Hands-on experience with Python SQL and data science tools
- Experience shipping ML products managing RLHF programs or building GenAI solutions
- Experience quantifying enterprise value and EBITDA impact of transformation initiatives
- Product management instincts with ability to scope technical solutions and guide deployment
- Thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related technical field from a top-tier institution

Day to day
- Own the full lifecycle of AI-driven value creation across private equity portfolio companies
- Evaluate AI opportunities for PE sponsors under tight deal timelines and produce actionable conviction
- Design transformation roadmaps and manage engineers and data scientists through production deployments
- Support investment underwriting and business development while linking technical outcomes to EBITDA impact
