Who you are

Proven experience as a Head of Engineering in a similar or larger organization
Expertise in product lifecycle management, SaaS platforms, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure)
Strong leadership in Agile, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering environments
Experience with modernizing legacy technologies and integrating AI capabilities into SaaS platforms
Skilled in stakeholder management, presentation, and commercial decision-making
Experience with technology due diligence and acquisition integration
