Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on web and digital design experience with a strong shipped portfolio
- Deep web UX knowledge including information architecture responsive layout design systems interaction design and dev-ready handoff in Figma
- Strong demonstrable AI design skills with Claude Design and other AI visual design tools
- Ability to build design systems templates and reusable patterns for others to use
- Comfort designing across web lifecycle email organic social and brand assets
- Brand sensibility with the ability to maintain consistency in a fast-moving environment
- Prototype creation skills including clickable code-backed prototypes
- Strong collaboration communication and clean handoff skills
- Bias to ship and iterate quickly
- Crypto-native or genuinely curious about crypto trading and prop

Day to day
- Own the Breakout website and landing pages end-to-end with a strong focus on UX and conversion

- Create prototypes and marketing designs that turn ideas and copy into polished, reusable experiences while partnering closely with engineering and brand teams
