Day to day
- Increase website engagement and conversion rates
- Manage design and functionality of Nivoda.com
- Lead the creation of site content and features to continually improve the website user experience and support Nivoda’s goals and strategies
- Deeply understand the Nivoda customer to build a best in class web journey and improve sign-ups to our platform
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as user research and engineering
- Monitor, assess, and report on website performance
- Monitor site analytics and develop monitoring dashboards for performance tracking
- Work closely with internal teams to advise on Web Analytics data use & strategy, and content development
