• Increase website engagement and conversion rates
• Manage design and functionality of Nivoda.com
• Lead the creation of site content and features to continually improve the website user experience and support Nivoda’s goals and strategies
• Deeply understand the Nivoda customer to build a best in class web journey and improve sign-ups to our platform
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as user research and engineering
• Monitor, assess, and report on website performance
• Monitor site analytics and develop monitoring dashboards for performance tracking
• Work closely with internal teams to advise on Web Analytics data use & strategy, and content development
