Who you are

• 5+ years experience with Workday Compensation configuration
• Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
• Implemented Workday for 5+ projects
• Proven ability to organize and plan the Workday implementation
• Extensive experience in implementation of large-scale transformation projects in HR
• Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture
• Excellent planning, interpersonal and time management skills
• Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking)
• Right to Work in country where based

• Software Design Courses
• Ability to set expectations and deliver development across Workday configuration team
• Good understanding of estimation methodologies

What the job involves

• Responsible for configuration, implementation and support of advanced compensation module in Workday
• Provide excellent system reliability, performance, availability, and overall system optimization
• Work with HR, Compensation, and Payroll teams to support continuous improvement and bi-annual releases of the Workday system
