 Own filing payment operations end-to-end for assigned jurisdictions, including setup, verification, troubleshooting, and remediation.  Diagnose complex tax notices by tracing root causes across filings, payments, agency systems, and internal workflows.  Drive reconciliations and corrections for misapplied payments, reversals, reissues, underpayments, and overpayments while escalating risks thoughtfully.  Partner with Product, R&amp;D, and cross-functional ops teams to improve tooling, validations, automation, documentation, and workflow reliability.  Identify recurring payment and notice patterns, then turn them into scalable process improvements that reduce risk and improve partner experience.

 Serve as the subject matter expert for Check&#39;s partners to achieve their technical and business goals.  Own the post-sales technical strategy for partners and ensure understanding and alignment of mutual roadmaps.  Provide clear technical guidance on Check&#39;s solutions.  Establish and own relationships with key technical stakeholders from engineers to product owners and to C-suite executives.  Be an external advocate for innovation and early adoption of Check products to partners and an internal advocate of partner needs to Check teams.  Serve as the escalation point for technical incidents and issues that arise beyond the normal Check support channels.
