 Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Architects to align priorities and achieve customer goals.  Assist with technical issues including outage management root cause analysis and complex problem resolution.  Develop a deep understanding of customer technical environments and build strong IT relationships to extend Glia&#39;s solutions.  Contribute to product and process improvements by identifying customer feedback and enhancement opportunities.
