Day to day
- Own features and systems across the full stack including frontend backend and infrastructure from problem definition through production
- Partner closely with product to break down ambiguous scope and ship iterative high impact releases
- Make architectural and design decisions explain tradeoffs and help the team build on them
- Take cutting edge language models into enterprise customer workflows where reliability and safety matter
- Solve hard engineering problems around API performance microservices scaling and AWS infrastructure
- Raise the bar through thoughtful reviews knowledge sharing and strong team collaboration
