Requirements

8+ years software development experience
Production-grade web apps with React Vue Angular or Material UI
Strong REST/GraphQL API expertise
Deep JavaScript TypeScript CSS NodeJS knowledge
Understand tooling tradeoffs in NPM Yarn Babel Jest and Cypress
Clear grasp of static generation SSR and CSR tradeoffs
Strong engineering fundamentals in data structures caching and async programming
Experience with monorepos and microfrontend architecture
Led large-scale projects from conception to production
Experience with LLMs AI-driven UX or agentic workflows
Experience mentoring software engineering teams
Able to drive technical discussions and present options to management
Effective with technical and non-technical audiences
Able to partner with product management on requirements
Skilled at recognizing risks and opportunities
Able to make build vs buy decisions
Experience with SQL Google Analytics and FullStory

Day to day

Lead the architectural direction for large-scale front end UI initiatives that serve healthcare providers
Own products end to end from problem definition through design build ship and operations while partnering closely with Product Management
Champion AI integration into products and development workflows by building intelligent user experiences and improving team velocity
