Acceptance of Terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and Remoting Ltd (company number 15649181), the company that operates Remoteville. By accessing or using Remoteville, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Description of Service
Remoteville is the app and product name used by Remoting Ltd for its remote job service. It connects employers with job seekers through job listings, company profiles and career tools. Remoting Ltd does not guarantee employment or engagement with any employer or job seeker.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and using the service. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (ii) impersonating any person or entity; (iii) harassing, threatening, or defaming any person or entity; (iv) violating any applicable laws or regulations; (v) using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content in connection with the operation of the service. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to grant this license.

Our service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
